1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a return. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we’ll replace it or offer a refund based on your preference.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size issues. A detailed size chart is provided with each product—please refer to it carefully before placing your order.
2. Return Process

- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
- Our team will guide you through the next steps and share return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- In most cases, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for the following:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items returned in damaged condition, missing parts/tags (unless the fault lies with us).
- Sale items and gift cards.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you'd like to request an exchange for the same product, email us at contact@oslym.com, and follow the return steps mentioned above.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your bank or card provider—processing times may vary.
