1. Eligibility for Returns
- Damaged Products: Notify us within 7 days of delivery for a return or replacement.
- Incorrect Products: Received something different? Let us know within 7 days for correction.
Note: Returns are not accepted for size-related issues. Please refer to our detailed size chart before placing your order.
2. Return Process
- Email us at contact@oslym.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and relevant photos.
- Our support team will guide you through the return or replacement process.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or altered items.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Sale items or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. Please email us to request a replacement.
